Package: ₦170,000 net monthly + commission



Position Overview:



We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Recruiter to join our industrial and manufacturing recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruiting within the industrial sector, with a focus on manufacturing and oil & gas industries. You will play a pivotal role in driving recruitment activities, managing client relationships, and contributing to business development initiatives within the sector.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for positions within the industrial, manufacturing, and oil & gas sectors.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery and satisfaction.

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business development opportunities within the industrial and manufacturing sectors.

  • Conduct market mapping and talent pooling to stay ahead of industry trends and ensure a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates.

  • Drive revenue generation through meeting and exceeding recruitment targets and securing new clients.

  • Provide strategic recruitment solutions to clients, advising on best practices and market trends.

  • Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, placements, and client feedback.

  • Support the broader team in achieving overall company goals and objectives.



Requirements:




  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial sector recruitment, particularly in manufacturing and oil & gas industries.

  • Strong business development skills and the ability to generate new opportunities.

  • A well-established network within the industrial and manufacturing sectors.

  • Proven track record of successful placements and client relationship management.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering results.
