Job Description:



We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our mobile app and expand our customer base. You will play a key role in driving brand awareness and customer engagement in the fintech space, including managing influencer partnerships.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote the Quick Collect app and its services.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape in the fintech industry.

  • Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and online advertising.

  • Manage influencer partnerships, identifying potential influencers, negotiating contracts, and coordinating campaigns to enhance brand visibility.

  • Collaborate with the product team to enhance user experience and ensure marketing efforts align with app functionality.

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targets.

  • Build and maintain relationships with partners, stakeholders, and influencers in the fintech industry.

  • Prepare and present marketing reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Oversee the marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources.



Qualifications:




  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in the fintech or mobile app industry.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.

  • Experience in managing influencer marketing campaigns.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with data analysis and performance metrics.
