Position Overview:
We are seeking two Sales Executives with a strong background in B2B sales to join our team. The ideal candidates will have experience in recruitment, banking, insurance, or HMO sectors and a proven ability to generate new business. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing client relationships, and managing the sales pipeline to meet and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand Sigma’s client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Drive revenue generation by closing deals and ensuring repeat business.
- Conduct market mapping to identify key players and potential clients within your target industries.
- Effectively manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in recruitment, banking, insurance, or HMO sectors.
- Strong business development skills with a history of successfully achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
- Results-driven and self-motivated with a proven track record of revenue generation.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
