  • The Customer Service Representative at Curlla Luxury Salonplays a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our clientele. As the first point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and luxury experience throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities

Client Interaction and Support:




  • Greet clients warmly upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.

  • Assist clients with inquiries regarding services, pricing, promotions, and product recommendations.

  • Handle booking, rescheduling, and cancellations via phone, email, and in person efficiently.

  • Manage complaints or client concerns in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues when necessary.



Client Experience Management:




  • Provide personalized services to ensure clients have a premium experience during their visit.

  • Anticipate client needs and offer refreshments or other amenities to enhance their stay.

  • Collect and document client feedback to ensure continuous improvement of salon services.



Appointment Scheduling and Coordination:




  • Manage daily appointments, ensuring efficient and accurate scheduling.

  • Collaborate with stylists and management to ensure a smooth and well-coordinated client flow.

  • Update and maintain accurate client records, including personal information and service history.



Sales and Upselling:




  • Promote and upsell salon services and retail products to clients based on their needs.

  • Track and report upselling activities to contribute to the salon’s sales goals.

  • Stay knowledgeable about salon products, services, and promotions to assist clients effectively.



Client Data Management:




  • Maintain a well-organized client database for follow-ups, loyalty programs, and personalized services.

  • Ensure confidentiality of client information in accordance with salon policies.



Maintaining the Salon's Ambiance:




  • Ensure that the reception area is tidy, presentable, and reflects the luxury image of the salon.

  • Maintain a calm, friendly atmosphere, ensuring all clients feel comfortable and at ease.



Qualifications & Skills




  • Education: Minimum of an HND / Bsc. Additional training in customer service or hospitality is an advantage.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role, preferably in the beauty or luxury industry.

  • Communication: Strong verbal, fluent and written communication skills, with a warm and professional demeanor.

  • Appearance & Dress Sense: Candidates must have a polished, stylish appearance suitable for a luxury salon environment.

  • Sales Ability: Proven experience in upselling services or products to clients.

  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in client management software, booking systems, and MS Office.

  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with the salon staff and contribute to a positive client experience.
