Position Overview:
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with a strong B2B marketing background to manage and enhance our online presence. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of digital marketing experience, expertise in content creation, and a data-driven approach to executing successful campaigns across multiple digital channels. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing social media, and driving engagement through targeted email marketing and content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance Sigma Consulting Group’s online presence and brand awareness.
- Create and manage high-quality content across various digital platforms, including blogs, social media, website, and email campaigns.
- Oversee and execute social media management, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage clients, and promote services.
- Use analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance, ensuring continuous optimization of campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing and recruitment teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all digital channels.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Work with external vendors and agencies as needed to support digital marketing efforts.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on B2B marketing.
- Proven ability to create compelling content and manage multiple digital platforms, including websites and social media.
- Expertise in social media management (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track and optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
