Key Responsibilities




  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and prospecting.

  • Visiting existing customer base & addition of new customers

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients

  • Present and promote products/services to existing & potential clients.

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services and resolve customer concerns.



Key Requirements




  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification

  • Candidate should have at least 3-7 years experience in B2B sales, especially in the engineering sector, Sales focus will be Hand & Power tools, Lubricant & Compressor.

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

  • Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
