Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Provide counseling on policies and procedures
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans
- Develop training and development programs
- Assist in performance management processes
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
- Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Liaise with Government Agencies (ITF, NSITF, DPR etc.)
Key Performance Indicators
- Key Result Area 1 – Timely recruitment of staff.
- Key Result Area 2 – Keep accurate records of all official documents.
- Key Result Area 3- Timely Response and processing of all staff requests
Requirements
- Education:First Degree
- Experience: 3 years
Professional Qualification:
- CIPM membership/certification
- HRCI membership/certification
- SHRM membership/certification
