Job Description






Responsibilities




  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems

  • Provide counseling on policies and procedures

  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process

  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans

  • Develop training and development programs

  • Assist in performance management processes

  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues

  • Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements

  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance

  • Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems

  • Liaise with Government Agencies (ITF, NSITF, DPR etc.)



Key Performance Indicators




  • Key Result Area 1 – Timely recruitment of staff.

  • Key Result Area 2 – Keep accurate records of all official documents.

  • Key Result Area 3- Timely Response and processing of all staff requests



Requirements




  • Education:First Degree

  • Experience: 3 years



Professional Qualification:




  • CIPM membership/certification

  • HRCI membership/certification

  • SHRM membership/certification

  • MS office suite.

  • Multitasking.

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
