  • The Head of Marketing will spearhead the strategic marketing efforts of the travel agency, focusing on both online and offline sales channels.

  • This role is pivotal in driving engagement with B2C and B2B clients, enhancing brand visibility, and achieving sales and revenue targets.

  • The ideal candidate will combine deep expertise in digital marketing, traditional advertising, and B2B relationship-building to deliver a seamless and impactful customer experience across all touch-points.



Specific Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy and Planning:




  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the agency services across online and offline channels.

  • Align marketing efforts with the business goals for both B2C (individual and leisure travelers) and B2B (corporate, affiliate, and sub-agency clients).

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.



Digital Marketing and Online Presence:




  • Oversee the agency's online marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, and marketing content.

  • Manage website optimization to improve user experience and drive conversions.

  • Implement performance-driven campaigns to maximize ROI from digital ad spend.

  • Leverage analytics tools to measure campaign success and make data-driven decisions.



Offline Marketing and Brand Visibility:




  • Develop and execute offline marketing strategies such as print advertising, outdoor campaigns, and event sponsorships.

  • Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.

  • Build partnerships with travel-related entities, such as hotels, airlines, and tourism boards, to co-market services.



B2B Marketing and Partnerships:




  • Design targeted marketing programs to attract and retain corporate clients, affiliates, and sub-agency partners.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored for B2B audiences.

  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive partnerships and loyalty.



Content and Communication:




  • Oversee the creation of compelling content for blogs, newsletters, social media, and promotional materials.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.

  • Act as a spokesperson for the brand, managing public relations and crisis communications when necessary.



Team Leadership and Collaboration:




  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, including digital marketers, content creators, and graphic designers.

  • Foster cross-departmental collaboration with sales, customer service, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.

  • Manage external agencies and vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality marketing services.



Budget Management and ROI Analysis:

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of marketing experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven track record in both B2C and B2B marketing within the travel, hospitality, or e-commerce industries is compulsory.

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, CRM tools).

  • Proficiency in campaign management and performance tracking.
