Responsibilities
Strategic Communication and Brand Management:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy that includes media outreach, social media, and digital marketing.
- Build and maintain a strong and consistent brand identity across all platforms.
- Oversee and approve marketing materials, including website banners, brochures, and other brand-related content.
Content Creation and Marketing Campaigns:
- Produce valuable and engaging content for the company website, blog, infographics, and newsletters to attract and drive traffic.
- Research and write press releases and other high-quality, error-free content for external communication.
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns for clients and VIISAUS, managing them from ideation to execution.
- Brainstorm and experiment with organic and paid acquisition channels such as pay-per-click campaigns, content creation/curation, event management, publicity, and social media.
Media Relations and Event Management:
- Arrange and coordinate press conferences and other media events.
- Plan and execute corporate events, conferences, and public relations initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
Business Development Support:
- Write business proposals tailored to the needs of the company’s clientele.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to generate ideas that align with the company’s objectives and support brand initiatives.
- Assist the company in all forms of corporate branding efforts
- Review and QA documents to ensure they adhere to company brand guidelines
- Update company brand bible whenrequired
Internal Communication and Collaboration:
- Work with internal role-players to brainstorm and create impactful content in support of various initiatives.
- Enhance internal communication channels to foster employee engagement.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communication and marketing strategies, providing detailed reports and actionable recommendations.
Crisis Management:
- Develop and execute crisis communication plans to protect the company’s reputation.
Requirements
You’d be a good fit if you:
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or a related field (essential);
- A minimum of 3 years experience in communications strategy development (essential);
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines;
- Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools;
- Possess content writing experience for all media platforms;
- Proven social media and networking expertise.

- Pay strong attention to detail;
- Have good interpersonal communication skills; and possess excellent networking ability.
