Job Summary
As our assistant, you will be responsible for high-level administrative support and ensuring efficient schedules, tasks, and communications management. The role demands a tech-savvy professional proficient in leveraging AI automation tools to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
Responsibilities
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements to optimize time management.
- Utilize AI-powered tools (e.g., Notion, Zapier, ChatGPT, Trello, or equivalent) to automate repetitive tasks and enhance efficiency.
- Track deadlines, manage task lists, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Organize meetings, events, and conferences, including venue booking, agenda preparation, and follow-ups.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
- Demonstrated expertise in using AI-powered tools and automation platforms.
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000
