Job Overview




  • As a Field Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for recruiting and retaining retail and wholesale customers in your assigned location(s).



Key Responsibilities




  • Recruitment and retention of viable key distributor, wholesale and retail customers in assigned location(s) that will drive and sustain the growth of the portfolio across all channels.

  • Achieve monthly GMV set target for the location(s) by the Key Distributors across all SKUs of assigned portfolios.

  • Drive minimum number of lines per distributor orders.

  • Manage inventory days from the distributor based on set target.

  • Manage Secondary Sales Force in the assigned location(s) to drive numeric and weighted distribution.

  • Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to ensure best priced purchases across products in the category that can guarantee target achievement.

  • Weekly market intelligence report.



Requirements




  • University degree or HND in any Discipline.

  • 3+ years sales experience, demonstrated ability in managing sales teams and achieving growth targets.

  • Excellent knowledge of Distributor channels and retail outlets, as well as best practices.

  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
