Key Responsibilities
Plan and oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and timely delivery of targets.
Supervise manufacturing operations and ensure adherence to operational procedures.
Develop and implement quality control measures to maintain and exceed product standards.
Conduct regular inspections and resolve issues promptly to minimize defects.
Identify opportunities for process optimization to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Innovate solutions to improve efficiency and achieve sustainable operations.
Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all production activities.
Conduct training programs to promote safety awareness among staff.
Coordinate the allocation of materials, equipment, and workforce to maximize efficiency.
Monitor inventory to prevent shortages or excesses in raw materials.
Motivate, coach, and lead production staff to achieve collective goals.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Production Management, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in production management.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control systems.
