Job Summary:
	- To identify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners, and develop strategies to increase revenue and market presence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
Partnership Development:
	- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with airlines, travel agencies, and other relevant stakeholders.
	- Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with partners to ensure mutually beneficial relationships.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
	- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
	- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Product and Service Development:
	- Collaborate with product development teams to enhance the platform’s offerings based on market demand and customer feedback.
	- Identify opportunities for new products or services that can drive growth and customer satisfaction.
Marketing and Promotion:
	- Work with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns that promote the platform’s services.
	- Develop marketing materials, presentations, and proposals to attract clients and partners.
Customer Relationship Management:
	- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
	- Address client needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
Strategic Planning:
	- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve the company’s growth objectives.
	- Set short-term and long-term goals for business development and track progress against these goals.
Networking and Representation:
	- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote the platform.
	- Stay updated on industry trends and developments by attending relevant events and forums.
Reporting and Analysis:
	- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends.
	- Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Other Responsibilities:
	- Carry out other responsibilities as assigned by the management team.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 
Academic Qualification(s): 
	- Minimum of 2.2 first degree in any discipline
Professional Qualification(s): 
	- Not mandatory but recognised
Experience (Number of relevant years): 
	- Minimum of 5 years’ experience
