  • Our client is seeking to hire a compentent and driven business development manager to join its team.

  • As the Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying new opportunities, cultivating strong industry relationships, conducting market research, and driving revenue growth.

  • The role holders will beresponsible for managing key strategic partnerships, finding, and retaining clients, and bringing sales and growth to the company.



Job Responsibilities




  • Leading and growing the business by implementing proactive strategies to achieve operational efficiency and enhance customer experience.

  • Developing and executing tactical business plans, balancing market opportunities, growth potential, and risk considerations.

  • Proposing and implementing strategies for business expansion and operational improvements.

  • Driving client acquisition and retention, ensuring quality service delivery and achieving profitability targets.

  • Overseeing and coordinating market-facing staff to achieve performance objectives.

  • Assessing and improving business performance, including staff management and market-driven product offerings.

  • Overseeing and coordinating market-facing staff to achieve performance objectives.

  • Managing resources efficiently to ensure business goals are met within set timelines.

  • Mobilizing deposits and ensure accurate and timely report submissions.

Person Specification:




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a business development manager, or a similar role

  • Track record of success in business development or sales.

  • Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.

  • Proficiency in risk management and compliance standards.

  • Strong networking and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
