IT Strategy and Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with organizational goals and future growth plans.
- Assess emerging technologies and recommend adoption to enhance efficiency and competitive advantage.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management on IT-related matters and contribute to overall business strategy.
Infrastructure and Systems Management
- Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and high performance.
- Ensure optimal functioning of network systems, hardware, and software across the organization.
- Proactively identify and address system vulnerabilities, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Cybersecurity and Risk Management
- Establish robust cybersecurity measures to protect organizational assets, data, and systems from internal and external threats.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to mitigate operational risks.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and industry standards.
Team Development and Management

Project and Vendor Management

Qualifications and Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in IT leadership roles.
- Proven track record of successfully managing IT operations, projects, and teams.
- Experience in developing and implementing enterprise-wide IT strategies.
- Deep expertise in IT infrastructure, networks, cloud computing, and enterprise applications.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, data protection regulations, and risk management.
