Growth Strategy Development and Implementation
- Crafting and executing growth strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Exploring and prioritizing new opportunities in customer segments, channels, and markets.
- Launching growth-focused campaigns to boost website visits and customer conversions.
- Monitoring and optimizing initiatives to ensure measurable success.
User Acquisition
- Designing and managing marketing campaigns across digital platforms (social media, paid ads, SEO, and email marketing).
- Collaborating with the marketing team to create content that captivates and engages.
- Building partnerships with vendors, agents, and influencers to amplify MarketBazaar’s by TBT reach.
- Analyzing acquisition funnels and uncovering areas for improvement.
Data Analysis and Insights
- Interpreting user data to uncover behavior, preferences, and trends.
- Tracking KPIs to measure and refine growth strategies.
- Using data insights to continuously enhance campaigns.
Retention and Engagement
- Implementing retention initiatives like loyalty programs, personalized messaging, and exclusive offers.
- Working with customer support to solve pain points and elevate satisfaction.
- Driving repeat usage and reducing churn with targeted strategies.
Collaboration
- Partnering with product, operations, and marketing teams to align growth objectives.
- Managing relationships with external agencies and partners for seamless execution.
