Job Summary

• The Technology Integration Expert will be responsible for spearheading the integration of cutting-edge technology solutions, including cloud platforms, ERP systems, and other digital tools, into business operations. This role requires expertise in digital transformation, stakeholder engagement, and process optimisation.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of technology solutions to drive digital transformation across business operations.


• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify technological gaps and develop tailored solutions.


• Ensure seamless integration of cloud platforms, ERP systems, and automation tools into existing business processes.


• Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance system interoperability and data flow.


• Monitor and evaluate the impact of technology adoption on operational efficiency and business outcomes.


• Provide strategic guidance on emerging technologies and industry best practices.


• Conduct training sessions and workshops to drive user adoption and digital literacy.


• Ensure compliance with data security standards and regulatory requirements in technology deployment.


• Develop frameworks for continuous improvement in technology-driven business processes.


• Identify business opportunities linked to technology solutions and support business development efforts by advising clients on innovative tech-driven strategies.


• Collaborate with the business development team to align technology solutions with market needs and client requirements.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.


• Relevant certifications in cloud computing, ERP implementation, digital transformation, or business strategy are an advantage.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology integration, IT strategy, or digital transformation.


• Strong expertise in ERP systems, cloud platforms, and business process automation.


• Proven ability to drive technology adoption and improve business efficiency.


• Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.


• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.


• Experience managing large-scale technology projects and cross-functional teams.
