Job Summary



As our Invoicing and customer service specialist you will responsible in managing the invoicing process and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be skilled in handling billing inquiries, processing invoices, and offering exceptional support to customers while ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions.



Responsibilities




  • Accurately generate, review, and issue invoices for customers based on service agreements, purchase orders, or contracts.

  • Monitor and track customer payments, follow up on overdue accounts, and work with the finance department to ensure timely collections.

  • Assist with order processing, ensure timely delivery of products or services, and communicate any delays or issues to customers.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, including product/service questions, order status, and billing issues, via phone, email, or chat.

  • Requirements A degree in accounting, business, or related field is a plus.

  • Board certification or eligibility in Medical Oncology, or related oncology specialty.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in invoicing/billing and customer service, preferably

  • Proficiency with invoicing software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and customer service tools (CRM systems). Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).



Salary 




  • ₦100,000 – ₦120,000
