RESPONSIBILITIES:
Social Media Management
- Manage and curate content for the company's social media accounts, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Create and publish engaging posts, including job ads, to boost the company's online presence.
- Actively engage with our online audience by responding to comments and messages.
- Content Research and Creation
- Collaborate closely with our graphic designer to develop visually captivating content for various projects and marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and conduct research to identify relevant topics and content ideas for our social media pages.
- Team Collaboration; Recruitment/Talent Search Assistance
- Participate in team activities and projects, providing valuable support and insights.
- Support our HR and recruitment team in sourcing and screening potential candidates for job openings.
Email Management
- Professionally manage company email communications by responding to client inquiries and sending out emails as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES
- Currently posted to Lagos for NYSC currently in need of a PPA
- Proximity to Lekki phase 1 is a must.
- Exceptional tech/internet-savviness and familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset and ability to collaborate effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
