Job Summary




  • We seek an experienced Finance/Supply Chain Manager to manage our financial operations and supply chain activities. 

  • The successful candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and efficient procurement/logistics processes.



Key Responsibilities

Accounting:




  • Prepare and review financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow).

  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations.

  • Conduct internal audits and provide recommendations.

  • Analyze financial data to inform business decisions.



Supply Chain:




  • Procure goods, services, and materials.

  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers.

  • Manage inventory levels and optimize stock control.

  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers.



General:




  • Provide financial insights to support business growth.

  • Collaborate with departments to achieve organizational goals.

  • Identify areas for process improvement.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.

  • 5Perform special projects as assigned.



Requirements




  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

  • Professional certification is a plus.

  • 7+ years of experience in accounting and supply chain management.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, laws, and regulations.

  • Proficient in financial software.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
