Description 

• Assist in preparing and analyzing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.


• Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, and reconciling bank statements


• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, including tax laws and accounting standards.


• Regularly reconcile bank statements, track expenses, and update accounting software.


• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, proficiency in accounting software, and effective communication skills.

Accountabilities

What you will be held responsible for:

• Ensure all bank accounts and financial records are fully reconciled monthly


• Assist in preparing and managing departmental or project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial goals.


• Collaborate with stakeholders to complete End-of-Month (EOM) processes accurately and on time.

Minimum Academic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.


• ACCA or ACA registration required, or willingness to register.
