We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Associate to join their team and contribute to the expansion of their client base.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients, initiate contact, and build strong relationships to create new business opportunities.
Follow-up & Conversion: Demonstrate a high level of dedication in following up with leads and converting them into long-term clients.
Proposal Writing: Prepare compelling business proposals and presentations to secure new clients and business opportunities.
Documentation Preparation: Develop and maintain documentation related to client requirements, project proposals, and business development activities.
Client Relationship Management: Manage key accounts and develop lasting relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and continued partnership.
Market Research: Conduct thorough research to understand industry trends, competitors, and client needs, and develop strategies to address them.
Sales Presentations: Support the preparation and delivery of presentations, proposals, and negotiations to secure business deals.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align business development strategies with company objectives.
KPI Tracking: Monitor performance metrics related to client acquisition, sales growth, and key account management.
Requirements
Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a strong track record of following up and converting leads.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
Proposal Writing: Strong writing skills with the ability to create professional business proposals and documentation.
Negotiation Skills: Confident in handling negotiations and closing deals.
Dedication: Self-motivated and results-driven, with a focus on achieving sales targets and contributing to company growth.
Hybrid Working: Ability to work both remotely and on-site, as needed.
