We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager & Business Development Lead with a strong background in the fashion industry.
The ideal candidate must have at least 4–5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Customer Relations, a proven track record of meeting revenue targets, and an established network of fashion distributors in Lagos.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Build and maintain relationships with at least 5 distributors in Lagos capable of bulk buying (1,000+ pairs).
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the fashion sector.
Ensure strict adherence to deadlines and meeting times.
Respond to messages within 30 minutes during working hours (9 AM – 5 PM, Mon–Fri) and be available for urgent needs on evenings/weekends.
Represent the company professionally at fashion trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
Maintain accurate sales reports and track business performance.
Requirements
4–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, and customer relations in the fashion industry.
Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets with quantifiable results.
Established network of at least 5 fashion distributors in Lagos for bulk sales.
Hands-on work style with direct execution of sales activities.
Fluent in professional English (not Pidgin).
Highly responsive, replying within 30 minutes during working hours and available for urgent needs.
