Initialize and manage the relationship with the customer
Provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify the latest trends, growth, opportunities, etc
Identify opportunities for growth and develop a marketing plan that supports the company's goal and objectives
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors and Media partners.
Develop and maintain various sales channels (emails, phone calls, online chat, etc) to increase customer engagement, drive sales and gather feedback
Coordinate and participate in various conferences, product launch events and other marketing-related activities
Answering clients' questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability.
Requirements
Candidate should possess a minimum of OND qualification
Proven experience as a sales personnel or a marketer
Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
