Job Summary
- A sales Rep plays a crucial role in generating revenue for a company by promoting and selling its products or services to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and Pursue New Sales Opportunities: Research and identify potential customers, and reach out to them to generate interest in the company's products or services.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Product Knowledge and Demonstration: Stay up-to-date on product features, benefits, and applications, and demonstrate products to customers as needed.
- Needs Assessment and Solution Selling: Understand customers' needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with customers, and close deals to meet sales targets.
- Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management, and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about competitors' products, pricing, and sales strategies to stay competitive.
Qualifications/ Requirement
- B.Sc / HND
- 2-3 years of experience is the same role.

- Communication: Effective communication with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Persuasion and Negotiation: Ability to persuade customers to purchase products or services, and negotiate prices and terms.
- Time Management: Prioritize tasks, manage workload, and meet deadlines.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
- Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing sales environments, customer needs, and company policies.
Technical Skills:
- Product Knowledge: Display a good knowledge of company's products or services, including features, benefits, and applications.
- Sales Software: Proficiency in sales software, such as CRM systems, sales analytics tools, or sales automation platforms.
- Microsoft Office: Familiar with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Data Analysis: Basic knowledge of data analysis and interpretation to inform sales strategies.
