Reconcile financial data and General Ledgers (GLs) with precision.
Prepare and present financial reports, identifying issues and recommending solutions.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with all tax regulations.
Collaborate with various teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data across the business.
Maintain detailed records of all GLs in the accounting system.
Work closely with AjoCard partners, banks, and internal teams to resolve any issues.
Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Finance and accounting
Skills: Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles, high attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel.
Adaptability: Ability to handle large amounts of data, compile detailed reports, and adapt quickly to change.
Team Player: Experience in client engagement and working as part of a team.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using accounting software (preferably QuickBooks). Fintech experience is a plus.
