Responsibilities
Financial Planning and Budgeting:
- Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare and present financial statements, reports, and analyses to management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
Financial Management:
- Manage cash flow, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial transactions, including payroll, invoices, and payments.
Risk Management:
- Identify and mitigate financial risks, including foreign exchange, interest rate, and credit risks.
Team Management:
- Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, including accountants, analysts, and clerks.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
Compliance and Governance:
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and standards.
- Maintain relationships with external auditors, regulators, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with relevant experience.
