Job Summary
- We are looking for a talented Marketing and Sales Executive to support the development and execution of marketing and sales strategies that drive revenue growth, expand our customer base, and strengthen our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other channels.
- Create and publish engaging content on social media platforms to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and presentations.
- Analyze marketing metrics and provide insights to inform future marketing strategies.
- Maintain and update the company website and social media platforms.
Sales:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive sales growth.
- Develop and deliver sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to customers.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring that sales targets and goals are met.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, reports, and dashboards.
Administration:
- Provide administrative support to the Marketing and Sales Manager, including scheduling appointments, managing emails, and maintaining records.
- Coordinate and execute marketing and sales events, including trade shows, conferences, and product launches.
- Maintain and update the company's CRM system, ensuring that all customer interactions are accurately recorded.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform marketing and sales strategies.
- Experience with social media management tools, CRM systems, and sales analytics software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
