Job Summary




  • We are looking for a talented Marketing and Sales Executive to support the development and execution of marketing and sales strategies that drive revenue growth, expand our customer base, and strengthen our brand presence. 

  • The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.



Key Responsibilities

Marketing:




  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other channels.

  • Create and publish engaging content on social media platforms to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

  • Collaborate with the design team to develop marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and presentations.

  • Analyze marketing metrics and provide insights to inform future marketing strategies.

  • Maintain and update the company website and social media platforms.



Sales:




  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive sales growth.

  • Develop and deliver sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to customers.

  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring that sales targets and goals are met.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, reports, and dashboards.



Administration:




  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing and Sales Manager, including scheduling appointments, managing emails, and maintaining records.

  • Coordinate and execute marketing and sales events, including trade shows, conferences, and product launches.

  • Maintain and update the company's CRM system, ensuring that all customer interactions are accurately recorded.



Requirements




  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in a similar industry.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform marketing and sales strategies.

  • Experience with social media management tools, CRM systems, and sales analytics software.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
