Job Summary




  • We are seeking highly motivated Sales & Marketing Executives to drive student enrollments and corporate partnerships.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, sales conversion, and marketing execution to expand our customer base. This role is target-driven, with attractive commissions on successful sales.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed enrollment targets.

  • Identify and engage potential clients, including students, professionals, and corporate organizations.

  • Generate leads through digital and offline channels, follow up, and convert them into paying customers.

  • Plan and execute innovative marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.

Requirements




  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in EdTech, education, or service industries.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

  • Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and meet targets.

  • Experience with digital marketing and CRM tools is an advantage.
