Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and converting them into paying customers for our ICT training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
- Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to ensure conversions.
- Conduct presentations and sales pitches to potential clients.
- Maintain an accurate record of sales activities and client interactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive targeted sales campaigns.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Experience in digital marketing and social media sales is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Passion for ICT training and education is an advantage.
