Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for power products.
Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to enhance market penetration.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, new product developments (NPD), competitor activities, and customer needs.
Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with partners and stakeholders.
Provide regular sales reports to management, including analysis of sales performance and market trends.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in the sales of Inverters, Solar Inverter Batteries, and Solar Panels, with a strong understanding of power products and the power market.
Skills and Competencies:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of power products, including inverters, solar inverter batteries, and solar panels.
