We are looking to employ a sales-driven and customer-oriented Sales Officer to oversee a geographical area and determine the most effective solutions to increase company secondary sales, ensure revenue growth, and expand our customer base.



Responsibilities:




  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives within the assigned area.

  • Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential customers, retailers, distributors, and other stakeholders.

  • Meet sales targets by effectively managing and guiding the sales team.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to track progress and optimize strategies.

  • Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis to management.    



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • At least one experience in sales, willing to grow career in sales

  • Strong leadership and motivational skills to guide and support the sales team.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Sound knowledge of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and market analysis.

  • Ability to travel within the designated area to meet clients and oversee sales activities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
