Job Role




  • As a Sales Intern you will help the company sell its products by finding potential customers, reaching out to them, and supporting the sales team with everyday tasks.

  • You will make phone calls, update customer records, and learn in the process.



Key Responsibilities




  • Reach out to prospective clients via phone to introduce our loan products and services.

  • Identify and understand the client’s financial needs to suggest suitable loan options.

  • Generate leads, follow up on referrals, and ensure timely and effective conversion of leads to successful loan applications.

  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs for loan product sales.

  • Ensure smooth onboarding for new clients by coordinating with relevant departments to complete loan applications.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call outcomes, sales achievements, and market feedback for management review.

  • Act as primary point of contact for customers’ enquiry by ensuring prompt and efficient responses.

  • Identify sales opportunities and generate leads through proactive outreach and networking.

  • Calling and maintaining customer relationships and also meeting sales target.

  • Communicate with customers professionally and empathetically, always ensuring a positive interaction.

  • Pursue new business opportunities with a focus on delivering value-added solutions to clients.

  • Processing loan applications, and requests.



Qualifications




  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 1-2 years previous experience in sales/marketing or a related role.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.

  • Ability to speak fluently in English and Hausa is a plus.
