Job Summary




  • We are looking for a Finance and Inventory Manager to oversee financial operations, accounting, and inventory control. The ideal candidate will manage bookkeeping, financial reporting, and inventory optimization to support business growth. Experience with QuickBooks (or similar software) and financial analysis in a distribution or pharmaceutical setting is a plus.



Key Responsibilities




  • Manage financial transactions, bookkeeping, and reconciliations using QuickBooks (or similar software).

  • Prepare financial reports, budgets, and cash flow analysis.

  • Oversee accounts payable, receivables, and tax compliance.

  • Monitor pharmaceutical inventory levels, track product movement, and prevent stock losses.

  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking and manage inventory control measures.

  • Analyze sales trends and develop financial projections to improve business efficiency.



Qualifications & Skills




  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or inventory management (pharmaceutical or wholesale experience is a plus).

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks (or similar software) and Microsoft Excel.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and financial reporting abilities.
