RESPONSIBILITIES




  1. Finance






  • Review and support documentation of financial transactions to ensure all required documents are accurate and complete




  • Help to ensure maintenance of all data required for processing financial transactions for assigned accounts




  • Assist management in month-end closing and year-end closing processes such as business rules review and Tax clearance




  • Prepare staff payroll and ensure timely deposition of salary, benefit and employee tax.




  • Receive invoices and prepare transactional documents in support of general operations processes and support coordination of transaction processing




  • Perform any other duties as may be requested by the management apart from the one mentioned above.




  • 2Administrative 




  • Manage office supplies and stock, keep all records and property inventory current and support implementation of property management processes.




  • Prepare and collect files of all staffs working with the organization at all location




  • Carry out all administrative roles in the organization. 




  • Updating organizational records using a database.




SKILLS AND COMPENTENCY REQUIREMENT




  • Proven experience in financial reporting, accounts/records, audit, tax and CAC returns, office and site financial management and records.  




  • Strategic thinking and strong leadership




  • Teamwork, interpersonal  relationship skills, and ability to lead by influence and example




  • Proven ability to partner, communicate and manage/navigate through multiple disciplines.




  •  Strong written and oral communication skill.




  • QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE




  • BSc/BA in  Finance, Accounting, Business administration or relevant field.




  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience with related financial services, administrative duties in a construction company.
