Job Summary



We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Finance Manager to join our team. The Finance Manager will be responsible for providing strategic financial direction, planning, implementation, management and running of all the finance activities. This includes business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and negotiations. As a management team, the Finance Manager will perform effective risk management and plan the organization’s financial strategy by actively safeguarding its finances. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of financial management and a proven track record of implementing financial strategies that align with business objectives.



Job Details




  1. Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures that align to the company’s goals and objectives.

  2. Partner closely with the Group Team to provide monthly reporting, with insightful analysis.

  3. Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports, including budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.

  4. Manage cashflow, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.

  5. Oversee financial audits and tax preparation activities.

  6. Manage relationship with banks, investors, and other financial institutions.

  7. Monitor and manage financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

  8. Lead and manage the finance team, providing mentorship, guidance and support as needed.

  9. Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO/president and members of the executive management team.

  10. Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting.

  11. Advising on long-term business and financial planning



Requirements




  1. Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.

  2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior finance role.

  3. Accounting or Finance Certification such as (ACCA, ICAN, CFA or related accreditation).

  4. Experience working in a Group structure is a plus.

  5. Strategic Thinker who demonstrates detailed processes to achieve corporate financial objectives.

  6. Finance Strategy development and implementation at C-Level executive.

  7. Experience in financial planning and analysis, cash management and financial reporting.
