Regulatory Compliance & Engagement: Obtain necessary licenses, engage with policymakers, and manage interactions with regulatory agencies.
Policy Development & Implementation: Develop and implement internal compliance policies and ensure adherence to external regulations.
Compliance Monitoring & Reporting: Conduct internal audits, identify gaps, and track corrective actions. Industry Engagement & Advocacy: Build relationships with industry associations and advocate for key business issues.
Advisory & Training: Provide guidance to management and employees on regulatory matters and conduct compliance training.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Law, Political Science, Business Administration, or Public Policy (Master’s degree is an advantage).
Experience: 2 – 5 years in regulatory/government engagement (FMCG, financial services, or lending experience is a plus).
Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) are desirable.

Strong understanding of Nigerian regulations in financial services, lending, and FMCG.
