Job Summary




  • A Social media team lead ensures that the Company stays active, relevant, and engaging in the ever-evolving social media landscape.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and implement a results-driven social media strategy aligned with brand goals.

  • Oversee daily content planning, scheduling, and posting across various platforms .

  • Ensure all customers enquiries are responded to in lead time. I.e. within 1hour.

  • Monitor trends in the industry to create innovative and engaging content.

  • Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.

  • Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand brand reach.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using insights and analytics tools.

  • Identify trends, measure ROI, and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.

  • Track competitor activity and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Coordinate with sales team to highlight new launches, promotions, and brand initiatives.

  • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, values, and guidelines.

  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages and foster an interactive brand community

  • Work closely with content creators, designers and influencers to develop quality visuals and videos.



Requirements




  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 4 - 6 years work experience.

  • Preferably female applicants for gender balance
