Responsibilities
Customer Service:
- Greeting customers and assisting with their banking needs.
- Answering customer questions about accounts, services, and procedures.
- Providing excellent customer service and building relationships.
Record Keeping and Accuracy:
- Maintaining accurate records of all transactions.
- Balancing cash drawers at the beginning and end of the day.
- Verifying numerical amounts and examining financial documents.
- Ensuring accuracy of transactions.
Other Responsibilities:
- Identifying and cross-selling bank products and services.
- Adhering to compliance and operational risk controls.
- Maintaining customer confidentiality.
- Answering phones.
- Filling out paperwork/deposit and withdrawal slips
Handling Transactions:
- Processing wire transfers.
- Managing ATM deposits and withdrawals.
- Processing deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Handling checks and cash.
- Issuing cashier's checks, money orders, and currency orders.
- Selling license stickers.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an OND qualification with 1 - 2 years of experience.
