Responsibilities
The L&D Specialist will be responsible for creating learning environments that foster employee skill development. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting capability assessments across the organization
- Designing blended learning solutions (e.g., digital, face-to-face, social collaborative learning, coaching, action learning sets)
- Leveraging digital tools to create flexible and innovative learning programs
- Applying adult learning theories to ensure effective employee development
- Designing technical, behavioral, and leadership programs, and collaborating with external partners as needed
- Promoting a culture of continuing professional development (CPD)
- Facilitating learning interventions
- Fostering a coaching culture within the organization
- Monitoring the transfer of learning to employees.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 4 - 5 years of experience.
