Job Summary




  • We are seeking a candidate with a strong understanding of strategic development narrative, new business opportunities to drive growth, revenue, writing concepts and proposals, supporting report development as needed, and more. 

  • An individual who will also focus on pursuing new opportunities and trends to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.



Key Responsibilities




  • Identify and follow up new business opportunities.

  • Track industry news for opportunities/issues.

  • Monitor competitors’ activities, clients, sector and geographic trends, draw conclusions, assess implications, prepare marketing and research reports.

  • Manage pitch/proposal development process from start to finish.

  • Identify or create client/prospect outreach development tools such as one-on-one meetings, seminars and speaking engagements, events, sponsorships, client alerts, newsletters, fact sheets and other direct client communication. Let’s rephrase the above as below, as it applies to us;

  • Identify or create client/prospect outreach development tools such as cold calls, visits to prospective clients, one-on-one meetings/presentations, sponsorship proposals, new client alerts, newsletters, fact sheets and other direct client communications.

  • Assist with assessing/recommending priorities for BD plans, track budgets, and make recommendations to optimize limited resources.

  • Manage all business development processes and procedures.

  • Guide the company’s social media/digital space marketing/promotional strategies



Qualifications and Skills Required




  • HND / Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline

  • Previous working experience in a creative or marketing agency, graphics design skills, social media management skills, team management skills, project management skills.

  • Candidates should be vastly networked within the entertainment, advertising, and corporate spaces.

  • Candidates should possess some digital marketing skills/experience.

  • Candidate should be able to build strong, compelling, and visually appealing pitch decks.

  • Candidate should be excellent at presentation – confident and well-spoken.

  • Candidates should be self-driven and focused.

  • Candidates should be less than 38 years old.

  • Experience in Film Production Industry will be of advantage.
