Salary: ₦240,000 - ₦260,000 per month

Job Summary:



We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales or business development.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base and market share

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development, and operations) to align business development strategies with company goals.

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure profitable partnerships.

  • Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company and generate leads.

  • Stay updated on industry developments and emerging opportunities.



Qualifications




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • Proven experience (2 years) in business development, sales, or a similar role.

  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and industry trends.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
