Summary
- As the Business Development at Bemil Nigeria, you will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of the company's Security Management services.
- Your strategic vision and expertise will play a critical role in achieving the company's growth targets and maintaining its position as a leading security service provider in Nigeria.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business.
- Pursuing leads and ensuring closure through the sales cycle.
- Researching prospective clients in target markets
- Identifying and researching B2B opportunities that come up in new and existing markets.
- Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients
- Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a whole
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
- Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
- Developing and presenting proposals customized for each client specific business needs
- Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow up
- Developing rapport with key decision makers
- Translating proposals into ready-to-sign contracts
- Owning the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation
- Managing virtual and in-person sales meetings
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of Proven experience in B2B.
- development role within the security services industry or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of the security management services industry in Nigeria.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful business development strategies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Sound financial acumen and ability to analyze business data to inform decision-making.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
