Summary




  • As the Business Development at Bemil Nigeria, you will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of the company's Security Management services. 

  • Your strategic vision and expertise will play a critical role in achieving the company's growth targets and maintaining its position as a leading security service provider in Nigeria. 



Roles and Responsibilities




  • Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business.

  • Pursuing leads and ensuring closure through the sales cycle.

  • Researching prospective clients in target markets

  • Identifying and researching B2B opportunities that come up in new and existing markets.

  • Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients

  • Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a whole

  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems

  • Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients

  • Developing and presenting proposals customized for each client specific business needs

  • Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow up

  • Developing rapport with key decision makers

  • Translating proposals into ready-to-sign contracts

  • Owning the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation

  • Managing virtual and in-person sales meetings



Qualifications and Requirements:




  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

  • Minimum 3 years of Proven experience in B2B.

  • development role within the security services industry or related sectors.

  • Strong understanding of the security management services industry in Nigeria.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful business development strategies.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  • Sound financial acumen and ability to analyze business data to inform decision-making.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
