YKumesoft Technology is on the lookout for three dynamic and driven Social Media Managers to take charge of our social media platforms and strengthen our digital footprint.
The Role
You will be in charge of growing and managing our brand’s presence across various social media platforms, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging.
Your responsibilities include creating engaging content, interacting with followers, and building a strong, loyal online community for Kumesoft Technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with marketing goals.
- Create new social media accounts for out Agency.
- Create engaging and shareable content (text, images, and videos) for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Manage and maintain the company's social media profiles and presence.
- Schedule and publish content in a timely and consistent manner.
- Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, sales) to ensure brand consistency and integrated campaigns.
- Assist with basic photography tasks for social media content creation.
Requirements
- Proven experience (minimum of 2years) managing social media accounts for businesses or organizations, YOSis an advantage.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with the ability to create engaging and brand-consistent content.
- Basic understanding of visual content creation and a willingness to learn and apply basic photography skills for social media purposes.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Ability to analyze social media data and generate reports.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and results-oriented attitude.
- Must be willing to relocate to Minna, Niger State.
- Must be available to resume immediately.
