About the Role
- Your job is simple: bring in business. You’ll source and close partnerships with event planners, agencies, corporates, hotels, and lifestyle brands. You’ll develop new revenue pipelines, manage existing relationships, and unlock brand deals that scale Limehouse’s visibility and cash flow.
- You must be someone who doesn’t wait for opportunities - you create them.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Secure new deals for cocktail catering, private events, corporate activations, and consulting
- Build strategic partnerships with brands, venues, real estate firms, agencies, and high-net-worth clientele
- Identify and open up new B2B revenue streams (retainers, masterclasses, subscriptions)
- Create and maintain a lead pipeline, with structured follow-ups and performance tracking
- Represent Limehouse at meetings, site visits, and events
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure smooth delivery post-sale
- Provide weekly reports and hit agreed monthly revenue targets.
KPIs You'll Be Measured On
- Monthly revenue generated
- Number of new leads closed
- Pipeline conversion rate
- Retainer or repeat deal value
- Brand collaborations and partnership traction.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or partnerships (hospitality, events, media, or lifestyle sectors preferred)
- A confident closer with strong communication skills and natural persuasion
- Resourceful - you know how to find and pitch clients without waiting for leads
- Polished enough to sit with execs, agile enough to chase leads on the go
- Excellent organizational habits: CRM, pipeline management, proposal drafting.
