Job Summary




  • We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. 

  • You will play a pivotal role in the company's expansion efforts by leveraging your extensive network, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills.



Key Responsibilities




  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, target markets, and potential clients

  • Lead Generation: Generate proactive, market intelligence and lead generation from current and potential clients.

  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders while identifying opportunities for

  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and pitches to potential clients.

  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze business development performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet objectives.

  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to directors on business development activities, results, and forecasts.

  • Conduct market intelligence to access potential jobs

  • Bid/Tender Preparation: Prepare, submit and follow up of tenders and business proposals

  • Perform any other duties as may be required by management

Qualifications




  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field

  • Proven experience 3- 5 years in business development or a related role, preferably within the oil and gas industry.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and convincingly.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a strong attention to detail.
