In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to healthcare professionals (HCPs). Your primary focus will be to build and maintain strong relationships with HCPs, effectively communicate the benefits and features of our products, and drive sales growth within your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively promote and sell our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals within the assigned territory, ensuring strong market penetration.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare providers, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs by consistently increasing product adoption within the assigned area.
Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring healthcare professionals have a positive experience with our products.
Plan and conduct product presentations, training sessions, and educational workshops to inform healthcare professionals about product benefits and applications.
Prepare and submit detailed activity reports, including sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights.
Ensure strict compliance with regulatory guidelines, industry standards, and company policies related to pharmaceutical sales, marketing, and ethical promotion.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a track record of success.
Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills to effectively engage healthcare professionals.
Strong negotiation abilities with a demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Highly organized with exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
