Job Summary




  • A leading Startup Studio and Product Incubator is seeking a Sales Associate to drive revenue growth through prospecting, client acquisition, and relationship management.

  • The ideal candidate will work with founders, product teams, and potential clients to identify opportunities, communicate value propositions, and close deals for our innovative products and services. 

  • You will be responsible for expanding our client base while nurturing existing relationships in the startup ecosystem.



Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development:




  • Drive new business acquisition by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities within target markets and industries using company frameworks and methodologies

  • Conduct outreach activities including cold calls, email campaigns, and networking events to build a robust sales pipeline

  • Develop compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs

  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs

  • Stay current on industry trends, market opportunities, and competitive landscape to optimize sales efforts.



Client Relationship Management:




  • Provide excellent customer-focused relationship management for assigned prospects and clients including:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients

  • Conducting needs assessments to understand client pain points and requirements

  • Serving as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams

  • Collaborating with product consultants to ensure client requirements are properly communicated

  • Proactively seeking feedback from clients and incorporating it into the sales process

  • Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system

  • Other duties as assigned in relation to achieving defined sales goals.



Requirements




  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related fields

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in technology or startup environments

  • Professional qualification in Sales, Business Development, or Customer Relationship Management is a plus

  • Strong understanding of consultative selling techniques and solution-based approaches

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Experience in developing client relationships and managing sales pipelines

  • Familiarity with startup ecosystems and innovation services is highly preferred

  • Proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
