Responsibilities




  • Train students on forklift theory, mobilize students and supervise forklift practical section.

  • Train and facilitates classroom, outdoor and online training on the following course categories based on your area of expertise: Category 1: Quality Health Safety & Environment (QHSE) courses, Category 2: Oil & Gas courses, Category 3: Human Resource, Leadership, Management & Administrative coursesCategory 4: ISO Internal & Lead Auditors courses.

  • Assist in coordinating training & Certification unit, delivers and facilitates training and skill development programs and initiatives in support of the company’s training plan, objectives and brand essence. 

  • Training sessions will include classroom, online training and demonstrative (hands-on) curriculum.

  • Assist in marking exams scripts and submit score to exams & Records

  • In your own capacity assist in marketing of our services both corporate and individuals to meet company monthly set target.

  • Position will require candidate to have flexibility to sometimes travel to other centers or operational base for outdoor training.

  • Develop new course materials (manuals & PPT Slides) for course(s) that do not have course material yet.

  • Assist in HSE related duties such as HSE induction for new staff, toolbox meeting attendance etc.

  • Perform any other task that may be assigned by the Training and Certification Coordinator

  • Carry out any other task that may be assigned by the management.



Requirements




  • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications in a related field with 3 - 5 years relevant experience.
