Job function And Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients who can benefit from Microsoft/other cloud solutions through research, referrals, and cold outreach.
- Classify hot, warm, and cold leads based on their need, budget, and decision-making capabilities.
- Manage, nurture, and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities.
- Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the team manager.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of company products/services
- Analyzing our competitors’ products and solutions/market to determine market success.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of Microsoft products, services, and licensing options to effectively peach to customers.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals customized to address the unique needs of each client.
- Meet/Exceed sales target to meet organizational goals and objectives.
- Work with the team Manager to develop individual KPI to achieve company’s goals and objectives.
- Establish a relationship with vendors for our hardware.
- Meet / exceed KPI agreed upon.
- Contacting potential and existing customers to Upsell and cross-sell.
- To be responsible for making outbound calls daily using data provided.
- To be proactive in identifying opportunities for new business.
- Collaborate with the accounting department to generate invoices, Purchase Order and quotes for customers.
- Write and pass at least one Microsoft exam monthly.
Experience / Qualifications
- HND/B.Sc. in any field
- 2-3 years proven experience as a sales executive .
- Experience with selling either Microsoft, zoho, google or amazon is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
